Our #1 objective is to create an easy, smooth and efficient shopping experience for our customers. Although we quality control all our products, we understand that sometimes it might not meet our customer's expectations. Therefore we offer all our customers a 10 day return policy from the day you receive the product.

Defective Product or Order

Reasons

  • Productive arrived defective and is clearly broken or unusable.
  • Received the wrong product and is not what you ordered
  • Size, color or other attributes is not what you ordered

Solutions

Upon proof of the reasons listed above (pictures and return shipping), customers will receive a new replacement item based on availability. If the product in not available, the customer will be given a full refund or store credit.

Doesn’t meet expectations

Reasons

If for any reason you are not happy with the product or it did not meet your expectations, you can return it for a store credit or exchange it within 10 business days of receiving it.  

Solutions

Returns will only be accepted and fully processed once we receive a tracking number and inspect the item upon receiving it. The return will not be accepted if the items are damaged, dirty, altered, used or not in it’s original packaging. Customer is responsible for the return shipping back to the warehouse.

SHIPPING DELAY OR PACKAGE MISSING

In the event that the order has not been delivered within 5-10 days, 2-3 days the following step will occur:

• 2 weeks -  If the order was not received at 2 weeks due to no weather delays are holidays, we will either send you out the exact same original order free of charge OR provide you with a FULL refund. We do NOT have control over weather delays are holidays.
